The Company collects the minimum necessary personal data as follows:
- Customer Inquiries: Name, Phone Number, Email Address
When a user consents to the collection of personal data and directly enters information via the "Customer Inquiry" process, the Company collects such data.
Additionally, during other service interactions, data such as IP addresses, cookies, and usage records may be generated and collected.
This information may or may not be considered personal data, depending on whether it is linked with other personal information.

The Company collects and uses personal data solely for the purposes specified below and will take necessary measures, including obtaining separate consent, if there is any change in purpose.

4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Data
In principle, once the purpose of processing personal data is fulfilled, the Company promptly destroys the user's personal data. However, the following information is retained for the specified period for the reasons stated below.

- Retention Period: 3 years from the date of receipt
5. Destruction and Procedures of Personal Data
The procedures and methods for the destruction of personal data as determined by the Company are as follows.
1) Destruction Procedure
Once the purpose of processing personal data is achieved or the retention period expires, the personal data is promptly destroyed in accordance with the internal management plan and applicable laws.
2) Method of Destruction
Personal data printed on paper is shredded or incinerated, and electronic files are securely deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery or reconstruction.
6. User Rights/Obligations and How to Exercise Them
Users may request access, modification, deletion, or suspension of the processing of their personal data at any time via telephone or through the form provided by the Company. However, the Company may refuse such requests in cases where special legal provisions apply.

Personal data deleted at the user's request will be processed in accordance with Section 4 and will not be accessed or used for any other purposes.
The Company does not collect personal data from children under 14 years of age, and users must comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws, and must not infringe upon the personal data or privacy of themselves or others.
7. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Data Collection Devices
